Due to lack of staffs and heavy promotional activities, the company had suffered a lot. After analyzing the Quality Management and Continuous Development Theory, there are many faults in strategy (Mallick, et al, 2013). If the company had not reduced the numbers of staffs then it would have been easier for the company to run the business.
